Howdy Smithville and welcome to your Smithville Texas News Weekend Guide!
🎃Happy Halloween Smithville!🎃
This weekend should be a spooky good time with plenty of activities on Friday for Halloween, several fun parties on Saturday, and end your weekend with FREE admission to Texas State Parks!

7-9pm: Mutt’s Last Stand: Open Mic Night! Got a song, a joke, or a story? Grab a brew and the mic! The stage is yours. Sign up in person or by phone as early as noon every Thursday.

The streets of Smithville will be filled with Trick or Treaters, so if you are out driving, please be careful and have fun out there!
5:30-7:30pm: First Baptist Church Smithville: Trunk N’ Treat will be held behind the church in the parking lot next to 711
Smithville Brewing Company: Kids eat FREE for Halloween night (with purchase of entree. FREE options for kids: half pizza, chicken nuggets, or hot dog. All served with applesauce. Beer & Candy Pairings for the grown-ups, non-candy treats for the kiddos, Halloween movies under the stars.
8pm: Mutt’s Last Stand: 21+ up Halloween night with live music and a no-rules costume contest.
Quinto Patio: Candy will be provided for the kids all night long

Enjoy a pie social at Fat Cat Cafe on Nov. 8 from 11a-4p where they will be serving your delicious pies, along with coffee and tea. All proceeds will go to help support the Smithville Farmers Market!

7-10pm Quinto Patio: One-year anniversary celebration with Karaoke night hosted by Brandi Behlen
7pm Smithville Brewing Company: Boos, Brews, and Rock n’ roll! Live music by Johnny Rockit Band, costume contest and spooky surprises throughout the night.
Fall Super Sweep begins! Nov. 1 through Nov. 9, join your Smithville neighbors to help clean our community! Join others or choose your own location. More details here.

All day: FREE admission to Texas State Parks! Buescher State Park is right here in Smithville, so make sure to get out and enjoy the trails for FREE!
