-Rec Center Challenges: In June Council Member Cathy Meek delivered a report to the City Council about the Rec Center, which painted a picture of a facility struggling with high costs, limited programing and underutilization. We dove into the report and spoke to both Council Member Meek and Rec Center Director Ashley Garrison to unpack the challenges and review solutions in our latest feature.
